Every MapleSnug order ships with tracking. Here is how to see where yours is.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a Track your order link. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check your account
Sign in at account.maplesnug.com/orders with the email you used at checkout. You'll see each order's status and tracking link.
How long delivery takes
- Ships from our US warehouse (US addresses only): usually 3–8 business days in total, including 1–3 business days of processing.
- Ships from our international warehouse: usually 8–18 business days in total, including 1–3 business days of processing.
Each product page shows the estimated delivery time for that item. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first update after shipping.
