We're a small, independent online shop based in İzmir, Türkiye. We look for simple, practical products that make life with a cat or dog a little easier and a little cozier. That's where the name comes from: snug, as in comfortable and at home.
How we choose our products
- It has to solve a real problem: shedding, mess, mealtime, boredom or travel.
- It has to be easy to use: no complicated setup and easy to clean.
- We describe it honestly: real specs, clear sizes and no miracle claims. If we don't know something, we won't make it up.
What you can expect from us
- Free shipping on every order. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 7 to 15 business days, with tracking. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses.
- 30-day returns. Not the right fit? Return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
- A real person on the other end. We read and answer every message ourselves.
