They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice — always supervise your pet with new products, and consult your veterinarian about any health concern.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

7. Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
